VeganVilages.net is a project of the *Family of Light World Peace Ministries (FOL) and its wholly owned subsidiaries, **WorldPeaceProductions.org and Sukriti.io Developers. *Organized as a church under the 1st Amendment of the Constitution. ** Under the Umbrella of We, the World, a 501(c)(3) Public Charity. Therefore, 50% of your monthly contributions go to the ongoing funding of WorldPeaceProductions.org and are tax deductible. The other 50% of your monthly contributions go into a non-interest-bearing security deposit fund backed by % Sukriti.io investment club Voting Shares for the future funding of our global VeganVillage.net Developments.

Get Involved in the Volunteer Program
Living in Harmony and Inner Peace is possible when you know, love, and respect those around you. It is valuable to volunteer in your individual community and around the world. The ultimate goal of VeganVillages.net is to create self-sustainable communities where everyone benefits from economies of scale and other aspects of shared resources.

We do this via Self-less Service. All residents of VeganVillage.Net communities tend the garden put out trash, keep the common areas clean, help in the community kitchen, serve meals, present at community events, etc.
In addition, in some cases, it is possible to also earn Sukriti.io Stock or stock options for going above and beyond and/or holding a skilled or technical position within the community.
One example of that would be a Master Gardner. Every community may wish to have a Master Gardner, and to attract them, they may wish to offer shares of Sukriti.io stock or stock options as an incentive. An attorney or finance member of the community may be willing to create, handle the distribution of documentation involved in managing said stock or stock options. Accounting, Media Editing, Website Design & Updating, Newsletter, Magazine, all of these are more examples of community skills that may be required for ongoing upkeep and general maintenance.

VeganVillages.Net is focused on "keeping it in the family," i.e., the Family of Light World Peace Ministries (FOL), an Interfaith non-denominational church formed under the 1st Amendment of the Constitution to afford our members the benefits of a not-for-profit religious organization that is focused on a Wellness, Networking, Healthy Lifestyle and a Spirituality in Business approach for our global members.
To that end, we create ongoing ways for our members to live, work and pray to whoever and whatever calls to them in a healthy, plant-based environment dedicated to peace via global VeganVillages.net developed by Sukriti.io.
In Sanskrit, Sukriti means benevolent auspicious actions. Out of the benevolent actions of our donor/investor members, we create VeganVillages.net communities around the world.
VeganVillages.net properties are created as a land trust or Real Estate Investment Trust REIT, so that its inhabitants will have free use without having to pay monthly ground rent, but as shareholders, they actually own the property and are only responsible for normal owner fees. We believe that everyone should have the opportunity to build wealth with real estate.
A land trust is a legal entity that takes ownership of, or authority over, a piece of property at the request of the property owner. Land trusts are living trusts that allow for the management of property while the owner is alive. However, like other types of trusts, each land trust’s terms are unique and can be tailored to individual needs. One positive of land trusts that owners like is that they generally protect landowner anonymity and keep property out of probate.
